Two patrol inspectors were sued for inhuman treatment of a driver who refused to pass the blood test.
It all happened around the Campul drept village from Leova district. The patrol officers stopped near a VAZ stationed on the side of the road and asked the driver to pass the blood test.
At the driver's refusal, the police decided to punish him. The Patrol Agents beat him and got him into the police car, where they flipped his fingers and hands with the victim, and then applied them with a gun in their backs, splashed with tear gas and transported to the Leova Police Inspectorate.
They risk between 3 and 8 years behind bars or a fine between 1 350 and 1 600 conventional units, in both cases depriving them of the right to occupy certain positions or to practice certain activities for a period of 5 to 10 years .
