Two people from Gagauzia risk years of jail time after they have stolen a safe with over 100,000 lei

Two men of 21 and 27 years old are suspected of committing a robbery in particularly large proportions. They would have entered a room of credence in the city of Comrat, from where they escaped a safe in which there were money and other material goods worth 137,642 lei.
They would have acted at night, with bullets on their heads, damaging the entrance door, so within seconds, the suspects committed the crime. After they stole the safe, they took the money out of the safe with a metal roar. Damaged, the safe was found in a lake on the outskirts of Comrat.
As a result of the investigations carried out by the National Investigation Inspectorate's Directorate for Combating Crime, it was established that they originated in ATU Gagauzia and that they committed thefts of enterprises in the country.
As a result of the searches conducted at the suspects' homes by the investigative officers jointly with the CAI of the INI and the police officers of the IP Comrat, DP Gagauzia, prosecutors of ATU Gagauzia Prosecutor's Office and with the support of Fulger officers, several goods were detected and lifted provinity is unknown.
At the moment, one of the suspects is detained for 72 hours, the other is to be announced in search.
