A horrific accident happened last night on the road Chisinau-Soroca. Two young men of 18 and 22 years old, have lost their lives after the motor bike which they rode has collided with a car. The accident happened near Gornoe village, Orhei district, around 23:00, when the young men were going home.

The driver of the car has declared to police that he did not see the motor bike in front of his car because it didn’t have the lights on.

The driver, a 25-year old young man, was driving a car borrowed from relatives.

The police has yet to establish all circumstances of the accident. For now, the driver is detained for 72 hours.
