Four people were detained those days by the Anticorruption attorneys and the  National Anticorruption Center officers. It is about two policemen, an accountant and a lawyer.

Those four tried to escape from arrest a businessman. According to the information from the penal case , one of them asked 20 000 euros from the businessman, saying he has influence upon some attorneys and prosecutors from the Court of Appeal. He also said those from the Court of Appeal can escape him from prosecution.

The case attracted the National Anticorruption Center officer's attention, they started a prosecution and  investigations. Thus, under the officers' control there were transmitted 15 000 euros, that were spread between the intermediaries.

Those four were prosecuted a couple of days and then, were detained. Now, they are investigated for traffic of influence. They are in the National Anticorruption Center's isolator.

If found guilty, they risk up to 7 years in prison or a 300 000 lei fine.
