Two young men from Chisinau, of 16 and 18 years old, have stolen a safe containing 67 000 lei, 2 300 Euro and 900 USD, from an apartment located on Vl. Maiakovski street, Ciocana sector.

Later, the suspect threw away the safe into a river, causing the owner a prejudice of 128 190 lei.

Another case took place on 21st May, when the suspects have broken into a house from Bubuieci and stole golden jewelry, causing the owner a 13 790 lei damage.

Law enforcement will following seize all stolen goods, to return them to the owners.

The thieves risk a 4 year sentence, a fine or 180 to 240 hours of unpaid community service.
