A person did the repair works in the apartment and dropped all the waste in the yard, night next to the playground. 

Residents of block on Vasile Lupu st. condemn the gesture of their neighbor. 

"The culture disappears in Moldova. We can't fight against the people who are not mentally ill". 

The cleaning lady working on the common yard is disappointed at the situation. 

"It's really ugly. We gather every paper. It's so dirty."

One of the locals said the garbage was left for a few days. They filed a complaint to the police. Vice president of Buiucani sector, Vadim Brânzaniuc, said the municipal service will evacuate the rest tomorrow which will cost around 2,000 lei allocated from municipal budget. 

Meanwhile, the police identified and fined the responsible for this garbage 6000 lei.
