Prosecutor's Office of Criuleni district announces about the sentence of an Ukraine citizen for four years in prison for encroachment of driving rules, that caused the death of four people. Also, his driving license was taken for four years.

The tragedy took place in the morning of June 2, 2017 on the M-14 highway, near Magdacesti village. The defendant and his concubine were returning from Ukraine and they turned on lane traffic and hit a Mercedes that was going on the other sense.

The impact was that strong as the driver and the passenger of Mercedes who were employers of the Buiucani Exceptional Situations Service died. Later, because of the traumas, the concubine of the defendant also died.

However, the prosecutors requested 6 years and eight months in prison for the defendant. They think the sentence is too kind and they will contest it. Also, the man will return the judicial costs of 8 534 lei.
