Ukrainian national oil and gas company Naftogaz has reached a preliminary agreement with Russia's Gazprom, the world's largest gas producer, on Russian gas transit, writes ria.ru.

According to the source, Naftogaz Executive Director Yuriy Vitrenko said the sides have reached this agreement but yet to make a final decision.
