Unemployed people will now have an easier time finding a job
Unemployed people will now have an easier time finding employment, while employers will be stimulated in opening new jobs. According to a project approved today by the Government, multiple categories of unemployed people will receive subventions after finding a job.
Among them counts young people to 24 years old, those that do not specialize in a certain trade, disabled people, those who were unemployed for a long period of time and victims of human trafficking.
"It provides employment, which will mostly target certain categories of citizens, both unemployed and employers, by diversifying forms of professional training for the jobless. The draft law also provide subventions to employers who will open new jobs" Mister of Health, Svetlana Cebotari explained.
According to the project, the employer will receive monthly subventions, worth 30% of the average wage, for six months, for each unemployed person that was offered a job.
The money will be offered as a partial compensation of the employee's salary. The subventions will be given for each person that was not previously employed for three years in a row. For hiring disabled people, National Employment Agency of Moldova will cover 50% of the expenses made to create the necessary working conditions.
