A car with unusual license plates was spotted today in the Capital.

A BMW X6 car owner decided to announce his presence to the world. He set a custom made licence spelling "MD IONUT".

We do not know if the license plate was real or not, as black and white licence plate are rare, but not illegal. According to searches, the vehicle belong to a religion group.

Even stranger is the fact that the plate lacks the marking of an origin country.
