Vadim Scarlat obstetrician doctor is suspected within a bribery criminal file.

The magistrates of Chisinau Court, Buiucani Headquarter placed him in home arrest for 30 days. According to Mariana Botezatu attorney, he recognized his guilt.

In October, Vadim Scarlat was detained with some other ten persons within "Giving bribery to attorneys" file.

It is about two magistrates of Chisinau Court, three of Court of Appeal, one prosecutor, one lawyer, one judicial assistant and one intermediary.

They are investigated within a bribery criminal file.
