According to representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, vehicles with heavy goods over 20 tonnes will be forbidden on the national roads. 

The restriction is valid for days when an air temperature of more than 30 degrees Celsius is forecast between 10:00 and 20:00.

The road traffic restriction has been taken to protect the asphalt.

Exceptions will be made only to cars carrying passengers, live animals and perishable products of animal and vegetal origin participating in major force interventions, those equipped with first-aid equipment or involved in the prevention, winding-up of exceptional situations, vehicles driven by rehabilitation roads within construction site boundaries
