Victor Popa former attorney at the Constitutional Court declared for Publika that the president of the country is obliged to dissolve the Parliament.
"The decision of the Constitution Court if compulsory and can't be changed. Thus, the president is obliged to dissolve the Parliament. When the decision of the CC enters into force, the Parliament is being dissolved."
At the same time, Popa explained that on Saturday, the Parliament can not be convoked.
"According to the regulation, the Parliament can not be convoked on Saturday or Sunday. Even if they decide to convoke it on Sunday, they exceeded the term."
Victor Popa also said that Friday was the last day to convoke the Government.
"We should take into consideration the decision of the Constitutional Court in 2013, which says that the three months term starts on the day of validating the deputies mandates."
