Villagers from Zaim, Căuşeni district, have enjoyed a spectacle. The dance and song ensemble Fluieraș, led by Ştefăneţ brothers, have entertained the public within the Mărţişor 2018 Festival.
Spectators could only praise the artists.
"It is very beautiful. We thank the ensemble and wish they would visit us more often, as we have never seen such a concert here before, we are very happy."
"We enjoyed it, the dances, the music. To see it on television is one thing, but in real life is completely different."
"Such concerts should take place more often in villages, maybe then people would be happier, more energetic. If only I was younger I would have danced along."
"It reminded us of our youth, when we would always celebrate holidays with a concert."
The artists were showered with applauses.
"The public was very warm and welcoming. Everyone stood to applause us. It is true happiness to know that people come to hear our music and see our dances, that our art is appreciated" member of Fluieraş ensemble, Marcel Ştefăneţ declared.
"Villagers from Moldova always want to see a concert. We are happy to gain this chance within the Mărţişor festival and sing for them" singer Cornelia Ştefăneţ said.
The House of Culture from Zaim has reopened after 15 years.
"Last year, on November 21, the House of Culture was reopened by Madam Minister Monica Babuc, who promised that Zaim will see a concert of national artists, we believed her and hoped for this day to come. Now, we are extremely happy" Mayor of Zaim, Ion Veste said.
To organize this year's edition of the Festival, both in Chisinau as well as in other districts, the Government offered 2.5 million lei.
