Vlad Plahotniuc and Parliamentary Meeting of OSCE President, George Tsereteli held meeting to discuss about parliamentary elections
On Tuesday, the headquarter of DPM hosted a meeting between Vlad Plahotniuc, the chairman of the party and George Tsereteli, the President of the Parliamentary Meeting of OSCE.
Within the discussion, Vlad Plahotniuc presented the evolution of the country within the past 10 years, the results of the Government and the further plans.
The democratic leader explained the difficult situation that Moldova had three years ago, discussed about the way DPM managed to develop the economy of the country.
Vlad Plahotniuc pointed out the progress on the transnistrean conflict, saying that the authorities continue to work on solving the challenges that appeared due to it.
Regarding the parliamentary elections, Vlad Plahotniuc said that the party he leads is interested in providing fair, free and transparent elections, because DPM has better results in surveys.
DPM President told OSCE President that all the candidates who run for elections have been warned to evolve a fair electoral campaign.
George Tsereteli appreciated the evolution on the transnistrean conflict salvation and said that he hopes for the elections to be free and fair. George Tsereteli highlighted the thing that Moldova needs stability.
We remind that at the end of the last week, DPM's chairman held a meeting with Miroslav Lajcak, the OSCE President in Moldova.
DPM considers that it is very important for the international organizations to be well-informed about the politics of Moldova.
