Starting today, April 1, over 690 thousand persons will receive higher pensions. This news was announced by Vlad Plahotniuc on his Facebook page.

"April starts with good news. Starting today, the pensions will be indexed by 5,3%. Also, before the Easter holidays the retired whose pension is lower than 2.000 lei will receive an allowance worth 600 lei. DPM fulfills their promises", wrote Vlad Plahotniuc on his Facebook page.

The Government supports the retired whose pensions are lower than 2000 lei and also the beneficiaries of state allowances. They will receive a financial aid worth 600 lei. Altogether, 610 thousand persons will benefit of this aid. The majority, over 400 thousand benefit of this project due to the age limit and the others because of their disabilities.
