The Moldovans are ready to build a brighter future, but they need the politicians to help them. They need to provide the stability, trust in tomorrow's day and safety. This was the message of Vlad Plahotniuc at the National Meeting of PDM.

"When I look at these beautiful people, once again I understand why many people say that PDM had a strong team.

Indeed, we are a strong party. This is proven not only by the thing that we are at the Governance, but by our extraordinary capacity to get mobilized. 

Thank you for coming today from all over Moldova: Briceni, Soroca, Comrat, Cahul, Bălți,Chișinău - I appreciate you support for this party.

The children whom I saw earlier in the video screen said that they want the matures ones to work more for Moldova, to have a healthy and developed country. A girl also said that she doesn't want people to believe in the bad rumors.

I saw how patriotic and sincere they are. Today, we met here for the future of these children. Now, we want to launch a great change in Moldova. Here I refer to the way we will change our future.

In 27 years, Moldova established three dimensions for the politicians: the way to the European Union, the Eurasian way and the union with Romania.

Each of these dimensions was supported during these years.

Moreover, Moldova has been waiting for somebody who will change its future.

But we believe that now Moldovans are ready and willing to build their future with their own hands, a future, as they want, but for this they need politicians to work for the country to give them stability , safety and confidence in tomorrow.

That's why we gathered here today to go together on a new path, the fourth way that nobody had the courage to start.

It is the pro-Moldova path, for Moldova, the path that leads to Moldovans, to solve the concrete problems of our people.

About the fact that Moldova starts on a new way, I spoke the first time two years ago when I became the Democratic Party president.

Then, we all decided that we will move closer to the concerns of the people and that we will make our governance priorities according to the needs they have.

Later on, at the meetings I had with the citizens, including many of you, present here in this market, we analyzed what it means to do politics for Moldova and we came together to the same conclusions.

Making politics "for Moldova" means trusting us, preserving our traditions, values, our originality.

The path "for Moldova" policy means to strengthen us as a nation , in which every ethnicity is respected and valued, means to talk together well abroad about our country, following the example of other peoples who have also gone through difficulties , but they loved the country too much to allow it to overthrow it.

The "Moldovan" policy means that Moldovan villages will be as busy as before: villages with good infrastructure, with paved roads and water supply, villages with many children, for which the kindergartens should be renovated and schools reopened, for to have family doctors in every village, jobs in workshops or in the field so that people do not have to go abroad.

In both villages and cities, people have to get higher wages, and we will soon come up with a good reform in this regard.

The "for Moldova" path means that we will continue together to take the best of our living models in Europe so that we bring the welfare here, to the future of our children and to our affirmation as a modern society .

The "for Moldova" path also means re-establishing our national dignity and playing an active role in the foreign relations. We can no longer allow the status of the object of geopolitics, as we have been in the past decades, when everyone dictated us what to do, where to go, who to listen to or what to dream about.

Moldova has the right to its own vision, in its own words in relations with those from abroad. We have the right to our own destiny, to make it according to our will. Only in this way can we acquire our authentic sovereignty.

I believe that this concept, pro-Moldova, will now be the state doctrine, it will be the national doctrine, which we missed from Independence to now.

Now, finally, we have it, and I am glad to present it today to such a large audience.

Achieving this vision is a very difficult task, but not at all impossible, we will show that it is up to us to move things in the right direction.

We also have the character and the necessary capabilities and, most importantly, our common desire.

As we have seen, our children want us to work harder, to be united, to love our country, and not to talk badly about it. I mean, they actually ask us to be for Moldova, to start being more constructive and positive, to make our own country orders, as real households.

Today I invite all of us to start together on this new path, which leads to the heart of Moldova, to our national reconciliation as a people, but also to much work for the benefit of the country. That's why the Democratic Party is for Moldova!", said Vlad Plahotniuc, the President of the Democratic Party.
