Vlad Plahotniuc to Democrats: You will decide future of this country, you will become political elite of Moldova tomorrow
The Trophy of Democracy is a competition that develops the team spirit needed for the young democrats, who will become the new political elite of the Republic of Moldova. The message was highlighted by the leader of the Democratic Party, Vlad Plahotniuc, who, together with Prime Minister Pavel Filip, first deputy chairman of the PDM, deputies and ministers visited the Ivancea camp.
In their turn, the young people have confessed that the PDM team is a worthy model to lead them to put their shoulders for a prosperous future here at home.
"It will come time and it will not take long, when you, those who are here today, will decide the future of this country becoming the political elite of Moldova tomorrow. In a few months the electoral campaign will begin and there you will be able to prove each of you and makes something remarkable for you and for the party, consequently for the people in the country and for this country, "said Vlad Plahotniuc, PDM president.
"I am pleased that you have chosen sport as a tool of communication and rapprochement between you because sport is nothing but effort and result. I look at you already seeing you winners, I already see the Democratic Party victorious in parliamentary elections," he said -Minister Pavel Filip.
After the encouragement and support messages, the party leadership made a tour of the camp to see how the youngsters had fun.
Guests have also tasted traditional dishes carefully prepared by young chefs.
"We had great emotions to cook for such distinguished and important guests in our country."
Participants made huge queues to memorize meeting with cameras or phones:
"We have very good and positive impressions on our leader Vlad Plahotniuc. He is an outstanding personality, a very good leader, skillful and all the events that organize them under his patronage are big events."
"I would say he's a model man for all of us, it's like a push, motivating us to become like him." These days, over 2,000 young people across the country compete to win and lead the Democracy Trophy in their district.
The sport competition is at its sixth edition.
