Vlad Plahotniuc visited Ungheni. People welcome salaries and are happy to be able to work at home
Increased wages have already begun to solve the problem of lack of teachers in schools and kindergartens. This statement was welcomed by the directors of the educational institutions in the Ungheni district, who met with the leader of the Democratic Party, Vlad Plahotniuc, within the DPM caravan.
"We know that we have faced a shortage of cadres. We, the preschool managers, are very happy that lately, we have already received two salaries, but even after the first salary began teaching staff who were leaving".
Another good decision that motivates teachers to remain in the system is the reopening of schools. From 2010 and for seven years, over 170 educational institutions have been optimized. It is also the case of the high school in the village of Macaresti, which was closed by the previous Government.
"If they were parents, they would be thankful for bringing back what we lost. There are great things done in the villages, there are good things, we support you because the carriage was really in place".
DPM leader Vlad Plahotniuc assured the managers of schools that education remains a priority for democratic Governance.
"The need to pay attention to the domain in which you are active has been supplemented by some moments that represent me because I spent all my childhood in books", said Vlad Plahotniuc, DPM candidate.
As health and education are big priorities, the Democratic government has supplemented the Ambulance Park in the district with three new self-care facilities, and the Health Center has been renovated. The modernization process will be continued, said Ludmila Guzun.
"We need to equip the autonomous health centers, or the citizens want high quality medical services there in the locality, so they do not have to make the shuttle every time", said Ludmila Guzun, DPM candidate from the 16th district, Ungheni.
Physicians value people's health measures, one with immediate impact being the extension of the list of compensated medicines.
"It's been a great thing about supplying and diversifying the compensated preparations. You have opened our second breath in our work".
The town of Ungheni is also a good example of the development of the economy, its territory being a Free Economic Zone. Here big business has been built, which has generated hundreds of jobs. Two of these companies were visited by Vlad Plahotniuc.
"Here is the training area for the new employees, all of whom pass by, no matter who you are - the tailor or manager".
The DPM candidate had an exchange of views with the employees.
"We want you to be very successful in the next elections and, after the elections, to form a family called Moldova, to work for this Moldovan team".
DPM candidate on district 16 of Ungheni, Ludmila Guzun, is the first in the ballot. And the Democratic Party of Moldova is the first one in the bulletin.
