Over 50 mothers who have recently given birth at the Mother and Child Institute in the capital were congratulated today, March 1st with the arrival of spring. Mothers and their babies each received a set of products for newborns, a trinket and a flower.

The initiative is part of the social project "A New Life", launched by Vlad Plahotniuc's "Edelweiss" Foundation.

Since the beginning of the campaign, nearly four thousand boxes with essential goods were provided to mothers and newborns at the maternity of the Mother and Child Institute in the capital.
