What do passengers say about QR codes installed in trolleys
The trolley passengers can announce about the problems that they face about the public transportation online, instead of reporting these to the Electric Transportation Direction. All the trolley have QR codes now so each passenger who has internet can report the problems.
The young who use the trolley say that they like this idea.
"I think that this is very useful. For example, there are some cases when people argue. We need to report such problems."
"It is very useful. I have never head about such a thing before."
The elder people say that it will be hard for them to find this program:
"First of all, I don't know what to install."
"I don't know what a QR code is."
The employees of the Electric Transport Direction are not worried about the thing that the passengers will report the issues that they face in the public transportation:" With or without these problems, they are safe, the rest doesn't matter."
The authorities will read each message and try to find solution.
"It is very important for us to be closer to people and understand their problems better. This way, we will find out how to improve this field", said Ruslan Codreanu, the interim of the Capital.
Electric Transportation Direction has over 300 trolleys.
