The Central Election Comission will convoke a session to take note of the decision of the magistrates regarding the elections.  The electoral authority will decide what will happen after the Supreme Justice Court decided not to validate Andrei Nastase's mandate.

According to the law, if the elections are not declared valid, then, another round of elections should be organized and the candidates should be the same ones. 

The candidates committed mistakes and this is why the Supreme Court decided not to validate the election's result.

Also, according to the legislation, the elections can't be organized a year before the ordinary round.
