Some deputies will continue their activity in the Parliament and the Government until the new Government will be set on.

It is about Pavel Filip prime minister, Monica Babuc Minister of Education, Culture and Research, Alexandru Jizdan Minister of Interior Affairs, but also Nicolae Ciubuc, the Minister of Agriculture and Regional Development.

According to the Constitutional Court's decision since 2015, the members of the Government can continue their activity until the new ministers will take the oath.

The magistrates took this decision after Igor Dodon, Zinaida Greceanii, Vladimir Turcan and Vasile Bolea who were deputies made a request in this sense.
