Moldova's wine industry continues to develop. Only in 2016, company from Moldova, have exported 50% more wine compared to the numbers from three years ago.

The main clients are from Romania, Great Britain and China.

According to data from the National Office of Vine and Wine, compared to 2014, exports to Romania rose by 3.5%.

The second ranking country China, has bought 3.4% more wine from Moldova compared to the past three years.

A surprise turned out to be Grate Britain, where citizens are now purchasing twice more wine from Moldova compared to the past years.

Following are Estonia and Lithuania, where exports rose with 1.8% and respectively 1.7%.

According to the authorities USAID program and Swedish government  must take credit for this increase.
