A 19 years old Moldovan youth was detained on Saturday, January 5, in Vama Albita, after the police officers discovered a fake identity card. 

The Moldovan intended to enter the country as a passenger in a minibus, which makes regular flights between Moldova and Germany.

He was going to use the act in Germany.

Border police officers discovered an unidentified identity card with the insignia of the Romanian authorities on which his photo was printed.

The young man claims to have stated that he has purchased the identity card discovered through a countryman whose data he does not know and would use the document in Germany to make a job easier.

It is to be investigated for committing the crime of complicity to falsify material in official documents.
