A 27-year-old woman gave birth yesterday to twins in an ambulance, on the way to the hospital, in Ştefan Vodă district.

The ambulance received a call, but on the way to the maternity ward the paramedics had to assist the birth.

The woman brought into this world a pair of twins.

The mother and children are healthy and are currently in the district's maternity ward.
