The World Bank provides Moldova with a $ 35 million loan. The money will be for the registration project and land valuation, which will allow authorities to massively move nationally to the real estate register without direct costs for citizens and the business environment.At the same time, the project will contribute to accountability of institutions and will increase the security of property rights.
According to the data of 2017, nearly 550 thousand private lands, located mainly in rural areas, were not registered with the cadastral authority.
Since the accession of our country to the World Bank Group in 1992, more than one billion dollars have been allocated to almost 60 operations in the country.
