Credits offered for buying house within project First House have exceeded 1bln lei. There are 1499 young families and 572 single persons among totally 2071 beneficiaries who benefit from this project.

There are 1499 houses purchased in cities and 132 ones in villages thanks to First House. Most houses bought in Chisinau and Balti. 

The average price of a 59-m² house is 500,000 lei. 

Program First House launched by government aims for citizens aged less than 45, official employees who don't have credit mortgages. 

Also in 2018, First House 2 was carried out which aims for doctors, professors, policemen, militants and other state-paid employees. Within this project, the state would pay half of credit taken for house purchase. 

Then First House 3 was implemented which compensated 10, 25, 40 or 100% credit depending on number of children. Beneficiaries only needed to pay interest. 

Government is moving to launch First House 4 intended for employees in private sector.
