Chisinau Prosecutor's Office announced about sending to trial the penal case of an Ungheni resident aged of 20 who is accused of human trafficking.
According to the investigation, in 2016, the suspect recruited three girls aged between 18 and 25, in Cyprus.
When arrived at the destination, the victims were hosted by a night club and obliged to have sex with men. During a couple of months, the girls were obliged to satisfy a couple of men. The money were collected by some Turkish citizens who were managing the affair.
After they came back in the country, the girls complained at the law institutions. If found guilty, the person risks between 7 and 15 years behind bars.
