A 26-year-old man from the Capital was arrested by law enforcement, after displaying a suspicious behavior at "La Izvor" park.

Officers found him in possession of a package containing dried and crushed vegetable mass and a device meant for drug consumption.

The young man was taken to the precinct for questionings, while the package was sealed and sent to the forensics.
