A 20-year-old man from Chisinau now risks jail time for stealing a moped. 

According to the source, the young men stole a vehicle amounting in 21.500 lei parked in front of an apartment block from Botanica sector. 

In order to hide the evidence, the young men disassembled the moped, indenting to sell it as spare parts.

The the young man risks a 13.000 to 27.000 lei fine, community sentence from 180 to 240 hours, or to spend the next 4 years behind bars.
