Young women from central district join together under Young Democrats' aegis
Moldovan young women can easier join participating in the country’s politics, social life, economy and culture. Those are the issues with which the first Regional League of the Democratic Young Women from Ialoveni will deal.
Over 50 girls have already become members of the league, as they have been greeted and encouraged by the founder of the Women’s PDM organization, at their kick-off event.
The leader of the Ialoveni district of the Democratic Women Organization, Daniela Nedelciuc, says they have already prepared lots of activities for the girls: "I will get them involved first in fund-raising and project implementing. I’d also want them involved in activities for kids.”
Valentina Buliga, the founder of the PDM Women’s Organization, says the young generation must be trained and backed, as such platforms enable the girls to assert themselves: "It’s an inner structure of the Young Democrats. They will be backed by us, with experience exchange, with much dedication, with consolidating capacities in politics and other key areas.”
