13 firemen received qualification of SMURD paramedics
13 employees of General Inspectorate for Emergency Situation of MAI became paramedics after they passed a qualification exam in Cimislia.
The firemen and rescues were trained by IGSU representatives to offer the first aid in an emergency situation.
The new specialists were tested in individual and team probes. When they finished, they received participation certificates.
The firemen proved their resuscitation capacities, applying the cervical collar, offering the first aid in cases of opened traumas or asphyxia.
The paramedics will go to Iasi for receiving practical experience.
After returning from Romania, they will be implicated in SMURD service of Cimislia and Hincesti, that will be launched starting with 2018 year.
The General Inspectorate of Emergency Situations opened the SMURD service in September 2014. At the present moment, it works in Balti and Cahul.
