17 persons accused in forged auctions case stay in preventive arrest

The 17 people accused in the case of rigged auctions in education, remain in custody. Of those, 14 were placed in the prison No. 13 and three are under house arrest.
It is the Court of Appeal, after the lawyers of the arrested persons challenged the decisions of Buiucani court judges who decided the preventive arrest for a period of 20 to 30 days for the accused.
