200 brands of Moldovan wine and cognacs presented in China
Nearly 200 denominations of high quality Moldovan wine and cognacs were presented to visitors of the specialized exhibition China Food and Drink Fair 2017, which finished in Chinese city Chengdu. As a result of the participation in this event, Moldovan winemakers made many new contacts for cooperation in future, according to Infotag.
The wide market of China represents a great interest for Moldovan alcoholic products. Annually, the supplying of winemaking goods to the Chinese market is growing. Thus, according to the results of 2016, Moldova exported 3.8 million liters worth US$8.8 million, when in 2015 these figures were 2.6 million liters worth US$5.9 million.
The following Moldovan companies participated in the exhibition: Cricova, Suvorov Vin, Tomai Vinex, Vinuri de Comrat, Imperial Vin, Basavin, Maurt, Carpe Diem, Vinгria din Vale, Chateau Vartely, Et Cetera, Bostavan, Purcari, Wine International Project, Mold Nord, Migdal-P, Dk-Intertrade, Asconi, Bravo Wine, Unicorn, Doina Vin, Fautor, Castel Mimi and Alianta Vin.
