200 Moldovan military attend the drill Scutul Păcii 2017 (Peace Shield 2017) ending today at the training center of the Moldova motorized infantry brigade near the northern town of Bălţi.

According to the commandment, the aim of the application is to train the military for peace keeping operations within a multinational contingent.

The exercise is in compliance with the Partnership for Peace Program aimed at implementing western standards in training Moldovan peace keepers.
