Man tries to rob bank in Bucharest
A man armed with a rubber bullet gun entered a Bucharest bank and threatened the staff, asking for money. The robbery attempt took place on Tuesday morning, June 7, at a BRD office.
The man, who was wearing dark clothes and had his face covered, ran off empty handed after the bank cashier pushed the panic button.
The incident was reported at the emergency number 112 at about 9:23 in the morning, when there were no clients at the bank, a Bucharest Police spokesman said.
The Police are now trying to track down the suspect with the help of a specially trained dog, Romania Insider reports.
