The State will allocate more funds to modernize the healthcare system and to treat people suffering from diabetes. The provisions are to be found in the draft medical insurances budget, passed in the first reading in the Parliament.

The incomes will total 5.838 million lei, as over 62 million lei will be earmarked to treat diabetes patients, that’s 26 million more than last year.

90 million lei will be employed to modernize the healthcare system, that’s 42 million lei more than in 2015.
The medical insurance policy will cost the same 4,056 lei. ($1=MDL20).
