National Wine Day ended tragically for a young man of 30 years.

He was shot dead in front of "Gheorghe Asachi" high school in the downtown after skirmishing with was a group of intoxicated individuals.

The victim, along with a cousin and a friend were sitting on a bench in front of the "Gh.Asachi" high school.

They made fun of another young, drunk, which came out of the nightclub next door and was hindered while trying to climb into a taxi.

Angry that he was mocked, the young man has called friends for help.

During the scuffle, the victim took out his gun to defend himself. A couple of the camp aggressors managed to wrest the gun and fired three shots into the abdomen.

Because of injuries, the young man died.

If he will be caught, the author of crime risks up to 20 years in prison or life imprisonment.
