There are counted days until the celebration of City Day in the Square of the Great National Assembly. The authorities are organizing the last minute preparations. Residents and guests of Chisinau will be entertained with surprises and shows. 

The main street of the city will be decorated with lightning bulbs. In total there will be over 72 kilometers of celebration lighting. On the Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, exhibitions of paintings and crafts fairs will be organized.

In the Valea Morilor Park, at 14:00, The Cascade scale will be inaugurated, an architectural monument restored from the City Hall money. The master Eugen Doga will sing at the ceremony, accompanied by a children's choir.

The feast is dedicated to celebrating 580 years since the foundation of Chisinau and will end with a concert in the Great National Assembly. The performers who will will delight the audience will be Vali Boghean, Alex Calancea Band, Advahov brothers band and Alternosfera band
