Next to his wife, the Liberal president has said he voted for prosperity and happiness in the country.

"I voted for the forerunners’ ideal, for Ion and Doina Aldea-Teodorovici, for the nation’s freedom and unity, for mountains and seas. I voted for a day to come on this land bringing happiness, prosperity and liberty. Once we started, let’s reach our destination: these are my expectations," said the Liberal party candidate, who advocates the union with Romania.
