Important administratively line with the region. A 48-year-old man from Dubasari district was caught by police with 6 kg of trotyl and two grenades carried in a simple plastic bag.

The suspect admitted he planned to sell the explosives in the Transnistrian region.

On the black market, the price of the explosives could reach 70,000 lei.

Police will establish the origin of the grenades and trotyl. 

The man will be escorted to court today,November 24th,  where prosecutors will request an arrest warrant on his name. He risks up to 7 years in prison.

Another investigation was initiated on two customs officers it initiated an internal investigation into the case of two Moldovan customs officers from an internal post, which passed unhindered man with the bag full of explosives.
