The liquefied natural gas is more expensive starting in the second half of last week. The price of fuel increased on average by 50 bani, to 10.35 lei per liter.
Importers explain the increase of the price is due to increases on international stock markets.
The price of liquefied natural gas is currently set for each company, depending on expenses.
Since June, ANRE no longer sets the price-limit for liquefied gas, as it does for petrol and diesel.
Recently, the government has approved a project that will allow the agency to do so again.
The document is due to be examined by deputies.
