19 couples have been honored today, February 10th, at the Registry Office in the capital, where they celebrated their golden and diamond weddings. The couple swore love and faith again, and municipal authorities have handed them cash prizes.

The first couple are already together for over half a century. According to them, a lasting marriage is based on love and respect.

The second couple strengthened their family with humor.

The third couple are together for already 60 years.

City Hall gave couples paying tribute of one thousand lei.
