Superior Council of Magistracy CONTINUES informational campaign on justice system reform
The Superior Council of Magistracy to continue the informational campaign on the implementation of the reform in the justice system. Thus, people in the area will benefit from the quality of the judiciary sector.
The Benefits of reform have been presented to the Edinet districts residents.
The judicial reform requires the decrease of the number of courts from 44 to 15.
The Briceni, Ocnita, Drochia town Courts will integrate in the Edinet district Court. The new headquarters will be built in the next four years.
The Supreme Council of Magistracy employees have explained the benefits of this optimization of the reform.
Another benefit is the possibility of submitting the applications via mail.
The total cost of the project is of one billion eight hundred million lei and its implementation will last until 2027. Part of the money will be awarded by external partners.
