On street Albişoara from the Capital happened an accident. At midday a stray was hit by a car which exited the parking of a commercial center.

The man was drunk, witnesses say. He fell and injured the head and a hand after the impact. 

The ambulance was called immediately by the car’s driver to grant the necessary help. The police is to investigate who is guilty of the accident.
