Starting with next year, children with special needs in every district of the country will benefit of an Early Intervention Program. Thus, teams of doctors will be created.

The Ministry will elaborate and approve the structure of the system. 

Children up to three years old will benefit of medical assistance at home.

Currently, there are 12.600 children with special needs. Over 60-per-cent live in rural areas.
