Internal Protection and Anti-corruption Service of Ministry of Internal Affairs (SPIA) has had an official meeting with representatives of Council of Europe in Chisinau.

Topics regarding the activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been discussed during the meeting.

The program regarding activities to be carried out on improvement of the framework has been highlighted, as well as training of Intelligence-Led Policing.

The support of development partners has been appreciated, emphasizing the importance of sharing experiences and good practices in order to streamline methods of preventing and combating corruption.

The strategy is to be implemented by the Council of Europe and funded by the European Union, with the main objective of supporting the Moldovan authorities.
