Penal Fugitive, Renato Usatîi, accused in offenses against Ukraine

Penal Fugitive, Renato Usatîi, were named in the list of criminals against Ukraine's security by the Research and Analysis Center Mirotvoreţ.
Institution says that the fugitive has illegally entered the Crimea and in close ties with the occupying forces from peninsula.
Last year, Usatii met the self-proclaimed Chief of Crimea, Sergei Aksionov and other leaders in the city of Ialta.
People named in the lists of Mirotvoreţ Center are subsequently declared to be undesirable in Ukraine.
The fugitive, Renato Usatîi, has not worked since September 7, 2016.
International search for Renato Usatîi was issued in 2016, after his attempt to kill Russian bank commander, Gherman Gorbuntov.
The Balti town chief is accused of having influenced the alleged testimonies to the killer.
Renato Usatîi risks up to 20 years of jail.
