From August 7, Moldova citizens are able to apply for Japanese visa at the Embassy of Japan in Chisinau. The announcement was made by the Foreign Ministry, Andrei Galbur.

Previously, Moldovan citizens had to visit the Japanese Embassy in Kiev for visa application.
